Nonprofit Vendor Guidelines

  1. If you're offering food or selling goods, please include something with an apple theme.

  2. All Vendors must be Chamber members. A one year Chamber membership is conveniently included in the application process. Being a member has no obligations and is all benefits.

Application Instructions

  1. Download and fill out the 2025 APPLE & ARTS FESTIVAL Nonprofit Application. Also fill out the attached Chamber of Commerce Application if you are not currently a member.

  2. If you are selling food, ddownload and fill out the TFF Vendor Application.

  3. Email all forms to springvilleapplefestival@gmail.com.

    No email access? Call Jamie at 559-789-6259 to arrange drop off at The Station in Springville.

Payment

  1. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT. Payment instructions will be emailed to you after your application has been approved by our application committee.

  2. Fees

    1. $45 for current members of the Chamber of Commerce.

    2. $65 if you are selling food.

    3. There is an additional $40 for a one year Chamber membership if you are not currently a member.
